What we do and how it works
A lawn is only as good as the base underneath it. We dig out the old surface, lay and compact a free-draining sub-base, fix proper edging, then fit and joint your chosen grass so the seams are invisible and the pile lies in one direction. You get a written fixed price before we start, a tidy site every evening, and a surface that stays usable in the wettest London winter.

Pet-friendly lawns
Permeable backing, a deep free-draining sub-base and optional antimicrobial infill so waste rinses through instead of sitting on the surface. No mud, no bare patches and nothing for dogs to dig up.
Golf putting greens
True-roll putting surfaces with contoured sub-base, cups, flags and fringe grass. Built for gardens, roof terraces and clubhouses, with borders shaped to the space you have.
Play areas & schools
Shock-pad underlay tested to critical fall height, non-abrasive grass and heat-managed pile for nurseries, schools and communal play spaces. DBS-checked teams and risk assessments as standard.
Balconies, roof terraces & commercial
Lightweight systems fitted over decking, concrete and paving with drainage matting, plus exhibition, showroom and shopfront grass installed to a deadline.
Cleaning, repairs & re-sanding
Power-brushing, sanitising, weed treatment, infill top-ups, re-jointing lifted seams and patch repairs — for lawns we installed and ones we did not.

Frequently asked
How long does an artificial grass installation take?
Most domestic lawns up to 100m² are completed in one to two days. Larger gardens, putting greens and commercial areas are scheduled with a written programme before we start.
Is artificial grass safe for pets and children?
Yes. We install pet-friendly grass with a permeable backing and free-draining sub-base so urine washes straight through, and we can add shock-pad underlay for play areas to meet critical fall height requirements.
What does the installation include?
Excavation and waste removal, weed membrane, a compacted MOT type 1 and grano sub-base, timber or composite edging, jointing tape and adhesive, kiln-dried sand infill where needed, and a full site clean at the end.
How much maintenance does it need?
A brush every few weeks and an occasional rinse. We also offer an annual deep clean, sanitising and re-sand service to keep the pile upright and the surface hygienic.
How long will it last?
Our grasses carry manufacturer guarantees of 8 to 12 years and typically last longer with light care. Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years.
