What we do and how it works
Maintenance should be predictable. We agree the scope and frequency up front, price each visit as a fixed cost, and send the same team wherever possible so they know the site. Every visit finishes with edges cut in, hard surfaces blown down and all green waste taken away under our waste carrier licence — plus photos so landlords and agents can see the result without attending.

Seasonal tidy-ups & clearances
One-off overgrown garden clearances, leaf clearance, end-of-tenancy tidy-ups and pre-sale presentation, including full waste removal.
Communal grounds contracts
Scheduled grounds care for blocks, estates, schools and public sector sites with RAMS, DBS-checked teams, litter picking, bin store cleaning and monthly reports for service-charge records.
Hard surface & exterior care
Jet washing patios, decking and driveways, gutter and gully clearance, moss treatment, fence painting and repairs to gates and boundaries.

From first call to finished garden
Site walk
We assess the garden or grounds, agree the scope and set a visit frequency that suits it.
Fixed schedule
You get a per-visit price and a dated schedule for the year — no call-out charge on contracts.
Visits
The same team attends, works to the agreed scope and removes all arisings before leaving.
Reporting
Photos after each visit, plus monthly reports and waste transfer notes for managed sites.

Frequently asked
How often will you visit?
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off. Most domestic gardens sit on a fortnightly cut through the growing season and monthly visits over winter; communal grounds are usually weekly.
Is it a fixed price?
Yes. After a first visit we set a fixed per-visit price for the agreed scope, so you know the cost before each visit. There is no £59 call-out charge on scheduled maintenance contracts.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we have side or gate access. We send a photo record after each visit so you can see exactly what was done.
Do you take the green waste away?
Always. All arisings are removed and disposed of under our waste carrier licence, and we can supply transfer notes for managed blocks and commercial sites.
Do you cover communal blocks and commercial sites?
Yes. We run grounds contracts for landlords, managing agents, schools and public sector sites with method statements, risk assessments, DBS-checked teams and monthly reporting.
