Compliance only works when the report leads to action. We survey, issue the certificate and then quote and complete any remedial works ourselves, so a failed EICR or an FRA action list does not sit unresolved for months.

Fixed fee agreed up front — no call-out charge on reports and surveys.
On-site inspection
A qualified assessor attends and works around tenants and trading hours.
Report issued
Certificate and prioritised actions emailed, usually within 24 hours.
Remedials
We quote and complete any works, then re-test and re-issue.

Frequently asked
How quickly do I get the certificate?
Most certificates and reports are issued by email within 24 hours of the visit, and the same day where we can.
Do you carry out the remedial works too?
Yes. Anything a report flags can be quoted and fixed by our own engineers, so you are not managing two contractors.
Is there a call-out charge for surveys?
No. The £59 call-out charge applies to all services excluding reports and surveys — those are quoted as a fixed fee.
Can you handle a whole portfolio?
We run rolling compliance programmes across portfolios with renewal reminders so nothing lapses.
