How quickly can you attend a leak?
We aim to be with you within one hour for emergencies in central London, and same day everywhere else we cover.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every gas engineer is Gas Safe registered and carries their card on site — ask to see it any time.
Do you charge more at weekends?
No. Our rates are the same every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. A £59 call-out charge applies to all services excluding reports and surveys.
Can you fit a new boiler?
Yes — supply, installation, flushing, commissioning, registration and warranty, usually completed in a single day.
